Description
Furrow ridger
A furrow ridger of high quality and great endurance is the most necessary tool for plowing. It is used for creating furrows, canals or bumps on the ground. This facilitates the sowing of seeds at the bottom of furrows and the protection of small plants from adverse weather conditions, especially wind. Also, the furrow ridger enables the more effective control of weeds, seeing that during the plowing process the soil falls into the furrows, covering the weeds. The furrow ridger consists of one or more plowshares with two wing-shaped edges each, the interval between which can be adjusted according to the distance between the rows of plants.
